Requirements

You will need:

• a personal computer 
• an MP3 player complete with cables and software to handle the files
• a pair of wired, small, high quality earphones (not headphones) for proper injection (please be advised that wireless infrared or Bluetooth earphones are NOT recommended because they can add rustle or even interrupt the aural flow)
• at least 15 minutes of free time to administer the dose, in a tranquil mood and in a safe, silent, dark place, such as your room or your office, possibly with a bed or sofa.

Awareness
Musicaine.net doses contain actual binaural waves but the process of injection and administration is very similar to that of normal music as it happens via your ears.

Every time you proceed to an injection, you should be ready to receive the dose and be aware that concentration is required throughout the process. Just like listening to your favorite songs can help you remember happy times of your life by triggering memories in your brain, so binaural waves, synchronizing your brain waves to the ones of the selected dose, provide you with enhanced sensations.

Warning
Be sure to load Musicaine on MP3 players only. 

CD, tape players and PC player injections are not recommended, as they can add rustles and disturb the injection. 

In principle, we encourage the use of an mp3 player equipped with storage cards rather than a hard disc. 

If you are using a hard disc MP3 player, be sure to keep it far from your ears, so that you will not hear its mechanical noise and vibrations.

Clean Environment
Be sure to inject Musicaine in a dark, silent, safe and familiar place. Do it at home or in a place where you feel really comfortable. Don't be hasty: make sure that nothing can disturb you during the 15 minutes of injection: check mobile phones, home phones, bright screens, curtains, air conditioners, etc.

External Sounds
External sounds are not harmful if they come from a natural source, such as birds, wind, and so forth. An exception to this are Japanese cicadas, which are able to radiate a noise very disturbing to Musicaine injections. Make sure you stop the program in case of cicadas.
Very disruptive sounds, on the other hand, are violent mechanical noises such as motorbikes, passing trains, etc. Try to isolate as much as possible from these sounds.

Body Position
The best position to inject is lying on a bed with relaxed muscles and closed eyes. 
Foetal position has been reported as being very conducive to an effective Musicaine experience.

Injection Time
As mentioned before, each dose is conceived to last and be effective if listened to continuously for 15 minutes. Be sure to have enough time.

Earphones
Make sure you wear your earphones in a comfortable way and that you have matched the R & L channels to your ears appropriately.

Volume
The volume should fit your taste. However, do not inject Musicaine at a very high volume: we suggest a level between 50% and 80%. 

Injection Programs
Each Musicaine Pack contains 4 MP3 files: Strong, Regular, Light and Placebo.

Strong contains binaural waves only. 
Regular and Light contain also a guide BGM. 

Placebo does not contain binaural waves, but still has its importance within the Injection Program. 

Suggested Program
Begin by injecting Regular. Assume at your will. Your brain needs to synchronize with the waves. This may take some time, depending on the subject.

At your will, alternate Light and Strong. Be advised that Strong may be too hard to listen to at first.

When your brain starts getting the binaural waves, you might consider abandoning Strong.

When you want company, but don't want to actually inject, you can listen to Placebo, which will cause your brain to remember and thus simulate the same effects produced by the binaural waves contained in the other three files.

After Injecting
Depending on the file you have injected, be careful of effects and side effects. Be responsible.
